Heidi Suydam graduated from Wesleyan College, majoring in Psychology and Sociology. She then served over 18 years as a stay-at-home mom, homeschool teacher, and dedicated volunteer for various churches, ministries, and dance studios.

In 2014, she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of writing by starting #thesosblog and has since organically grown Simply Our Society's blog and social media presence sincerely and passionately.

Her heart is to provide a positive, valuable, beautiful, reliable resource for women living #momlife, heading towards or living through #midlife, and more (because we all wear many hats!).
